These technologies may be used in analysing trends, administering the Sites, and to gather demographic information about our client base as a whole. While we respect the privacy of our clients, we are not able to respond to Do Not Track signals set by your browser at this time. Contacta will retain this personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

(a) Catalogue Downloads: In order to download our catalogues, you are required to complete a “form”. The personal data provided is used to analyse and track who is visiting our website and who wishes to view product details. We do not use this as contact information. (b) MyHailo Key Fob Registration: Upon contacting Contacta to register your key fob, we will ask for relevant personal information. We use the information that we collect to keep a record of individuals who have purchased a MyHailo key fob, to send you marketing communications (such as new MyHailo sites) and to respond to your questions and concerns.
How We Share Your Information
(a) Personally Identifiable Information: Contacta will not rent or sell your personally identifiable information to others. We may store personal information in locations outside the direct control of Contacta (for instance on servers or databases co-located with hosting providers). Any personally identifiable information you elect to make public on our Sites or Dealer Portal, such as posting comments on our blog page, Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook accounts, will be available to others. If you remove information that you have previously made public on our Sites or Dealer Portal, copies may remain viewable in cached or archived pages of our Sites, or if others have copied or saved the information.
(b) Non-Personally Identifiable Information: We may share non-personally identifiable information (such as anonymous usage data, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types, number of clicks, etc.) with interested third parties to help them understand the usage patterns of our website. Personal information is held in a ‘live’ or archived format, with all electronic data stored on our databases on a local server or on cloud-based services in the UK and EU. No personal data covered under this Privacy Policy is paper-based.
We perform regular reviews of our IT security protections, to ensure the integrity and security of the data held is robust and in line with industry standards.
Any offsite backed-up data is stored in local data centers, with limited/restricted access.
Any Cloud Service Provider that we use, have provided a copy of their compliance statements.

Contacta is committed to protecting your privacy and data, but we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to Contacta or guarantee that your information on the Contacta Dealer Portal may not be accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed by breach of any of our industry standard physical, technical or managerial safeguards. When you enter sensitive information (such as log in credentials) on our registration or order forms, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). No method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any other purposes.

We will respond to your request to access within 20 working days. We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services.
