How does it work?
MyHailo couldn't be easier to use. Drivers simply pull up to the pump and press the button on their MyHailo key fob which alerts the staff member that they are waiting.
A red flashing light on the beacon which is installed on your forecourt will let the customer know that the system is working. The staff member acknowledges the customer's request by pressing the response button on their portable staff pack.
The beacon will then glow green, informing the driver that their request for help has been heard and someone is on their way to refuel their car.
